When it comes to safety, Healy Long & Jevin takes pride in providing the safest working environment for each of its employees on every project...no matter what size. Safety starts at the top. Weekly management meetings are held and safety performance for each project is reviewed and discussed. In addition to our onsite weekly safety meetings and training, our full-time safety director conducts scored weekly jobsite audits and holds a monthly in-house safety committee meeting.
Healy Long & Jevin not only preaches safety but rewards safety. The company recently launched a safety incentive program that rewards the entire company on a monthly basis. Jobsite conditions can change very quickly in this industry, we take pride in our OSHA-trained supervisors to recognize and address potential hazards and conditions before we begin on the job or task.
