Team HLJ is please to announce a new project with Turner Construction for Thomas Jefferson University. With the Center City campus squeezed for space the University is going forward with a $60 million project highlighted by a new 11-story building that will house clinical and academic offices.

The high-rise at 901 Walnut St. will replace a vacant two-story building that now sits on the site and will increase the school's capacity to continue to deliver education at the highest level.

Construction to begin September 2010
